I found what I needed really quickly, and the checkout was simple with no hassle. The pages loaded fast too, which I think other customers will appreciate just as much as I did.

My skin is fussy, so I’m always a little nervous trying new creams. A lot of the ones I’ve used before either make my face red, itchy, or just irritated in general, but the one I ordered from Fresh was way easier on my skin. It felt lightweight, didn’t sting or burn, and after a few days my face still looked calm. Compared to other products I’ve tried, this was a really nice surprise. Shipping was smooth too, so I’d definitely order again.

"Nice scent, but I didn’t notice much change"
I started using this face cream about three weeks ago and kept it in my morning and night routine consistently. It smells really nice and the texture feels great going on, but by the end of the third week my skin looked and felt about the same. For the price, I was hoping to see a little more of a difference

"Fresh produce and super easy ordering"
I ordered a mix of fruit and veggies, and everything showed up looking really fresh. Nothing was bruised or off, and even the lettuce was still crisp, which surprised me. The whole ordering process was easy too, so overall I’m happy with the experience...

The ingredients seem fresh, at least from what I can tell. I’m not totally sure it always matches the price, but overall it feels okay and I’d probably consider getting it again sometimes.

"Felt unsure after paying, but they came through"
I had a small issue with my order after I’d already paid, I started getting a bit suspicious and wasn’t sure customer service would actually do anything. I messaged them anyway, not expecting much, but they replied quickly and got it sorted without making it a whole hassle. It ended up being really simple, which I appreciated. I’d order from Fresh again

"Nice texture, absorbs well"
I ordered this from fresh.com, and overall I do like it. The cream feels really smooth and not too heavy, at least for my skin. It absorbs quickly, though I did notice it feels a tiny bit sticky at first, or maybe I’m just being picky. My skin feels soft after using it, which is definitely a plus. I’m giving it 4 stars because I like it, but I kind of wish it felt just a little lighter

"Refund was quick"
I had to send back a serum because it just didn’t really work for me or whatever. The refund showed up sooner than I expected, and I didn’t have to keep following up or anything. The whole thing was simple overall, so yeah, I’d give it 5 stars.

"I’ve ordered from Fresh a few times..."
I’ve ordered from Fresh a few times now, and overall I’ve had a good experience. The prices aren’t always the cheapest, but when there’s a sale or a set available, it feels a lot more worth it. The products also last me quite a while, which helps justify the cost. Shipping was smooth and nothing to complain about there. I’m taking off one star because a few items still feel a bit pricey, but I’d say it’s worth checking out if you can catch a good deal.

"My skin finally isn’t punishing me"
I ordered this from fresh.com because my skin had been so tight and dry, like of course my face has to be the one that freaks out over everything. But after using the moisturizer for a few days, my skin felt way softer and stayed hydrated throughout the day. It didn’t leave that weird sticky layer either, which I was fully expecting because that’s usually my luck. Shipping was totally fine too. I’d buy it again.

Fresh is fine overall, like the actual service works okay, but I am 100% convinced their loyalty program is more annoying than rewarding. The points barely give you anything back, and mine took forever to show up. At that point, it just feels like a waste of time...

"Deliveries have been right on time"
I’ve ordered from Fresh a few times now, everything has shown up when they said it would. No missing bags so far, and the drivers haven’t had any trouble finding my place. I’m happy with it.
